On Monday's Backchat, we heard from experts about what came out of the World Economic Forum in Tianjin - also known as “Summer Davos”.
Addressing the summit last week, Premier Li Qiang pledged that China will become a “consumption powerhouse” capable of fuelling domestic and global growth.
We then found out more about locally-grown organic watermelons that the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (AFCD) is highlighting this year.
After the break, we took a deep dive into how adverse childhood experiences can affect a child’s long-term development.
We wrapped-up with a look at what to expect from the annual book fair that’s taking place next month.
