On Monday's Backchat, the latest on Covid-19 and new dining arrangements.

Meanwhile, bars are now allowed to reopen and restaurants can operate longer and seat more people at a table, as long as they follow a series of new requirements set out by the government.
What do we know about this latest virus mutation? How useful are our current vaccines to combat the new strain ? What do you think of the new "dining-bubble" arrangements for bars and restaurants?
