2025-09-23
On today's programme, we talked about the massive storm that's approaching Hong Kong. Super Typhoon Ragasa is the strongest storm in the world so far this year, and the Observatory says it's not expected to weaken before coming closest to the city on Wednesday morning.
After the break, we spoke with an expert and a lawmaker on recent measures to promote fertility in Hong Kong, which were announced in the Policy Address. One of those measures will see the claim period for child allowances for newborns extended to two years.
