On Wednesday's Backchat, we're talking about support for breast cancer patients.

The Breast Cancer Foundation has just launched a new care programme that will see breast cancer patients refunded HK$38,000 if a special test concludes that they need to continue their chemotherapy.

This comes after patients' rights groups called on authorities to help alleviate the financial burden of cancer treatments on the grassroots.

After 9:45, we're joined by a Seoul-based broadcaster to talk about a deadly battery factory fire which killed over 22 workers in the capital's outskirts on Monday.
