On Monday's Backchat, we talked about the pet-friendly measures introduced in Chief Executive John Lee's Policy Address last week. Authorities plan to establish a new licensing regime to allow dogs in designated food premises, in a move to capitalise on a growing consumer trend.
In the second part of the show, we looked into how the policy blueprint put a spotlight on innovation and artificial intelligence and their role in boosting the economy as well as enhancing government efficiency.
