On Thursday's Backchat: the Chief Executive's final policy address of her five-year term.
Carrie Lam took more than two hours to deliver her last policy address on Wednesday in Legislative Council.
The highlight was a plan for a massive 300 square kilometer "Northern Metropolis" next to the border with the mainland. As expected, there were also proposals to restructure the government bureaus, and a commitment to strengthen national security further.
