Hong Kong has been celebrating the achievement of fencer Edgar Cheung Ka-long, who's made history by winning gold at the Tokyo games – the second time an athlete from the territory has topped an Olympic podium, after the success of windsurfer Lee Lai-shan, who won a gold medal in Atlanta in 1996.
Meanwhile, swimmer Siobhan Haughey will race for gold on Wednesday morning after she made it into the final of the 200m freestyle.
What does it take to become a gold medalist? What kind of training do athletes need – both physically and psychologically? We'll be talking to the experts.
