Policy Address review - Immigration / Study on women homelessness / Homing abandoned pets

2025-09-25
On Thursday's Backchat, we looked at the new measures that have been introduced to further boost Hong Kong's standing as a hub for top tech talents.
After the break, we learnt more about a study on women's homelessness that was conducted by an NGO and a university. Representatives from these groups will explain how a holistic female co-living model can transform the rehabilitation process for vulnerable women.
And finally, we looked into how authorities are helping abandoned pets find their forever homes.
