On Tuesday's Backchat: mandatory use of the Leave Home Safe app; and protests in Europe against Covid-19 measures.
Reports say compulsory use of the Leave Home Safe app could start as early as this Thursday at all restaurants and bars.
It means that diners would no longer be able to write down their contact details on paper.
Earlier this month five people were arrested by the police for allegedly using a fake app on the day its use became mandatory for entering government premises.
Meanwhile, medical experts from the mainland have been visiting Hong Kong to learn more about the city's anti-epidemic work. The SAR government says the visit is important to prepare for the return of quarantine-free cross-border travel.
