Delivering his yearly blueprint at the Legislative Council on Wednesday, Chief Executive John Lee unveiled a range of new initiatives - from phasing out the smallest subdivided flats to easing mortgage restrictions and cutting liquor tax on more expensive spirits.


In his more than two hours long speech, the Chief Executive also announced the relaxation of visa rules for several ASEAN countries and pledged to do more to attract visitors from the Middle East.


And on manpower, workers under the Top Talent Pass Scheme will be able to apply for longer visas while more universities will be included. Are you satisfied with this year's policy address?
