One of this year's beneficiaries is the Caritas Jockey Club Lok Yan School in Sham Shui Po, which is going to build a Food Lab as part of its "Care for the Carers" programme. Ian Pooler went to the school to talk to project coordinator, Kitty Tse, and principal, Chrysan Mok.
