On Tuesday's Backchat, we're talking about a possible government restructuring to
include a new bureau to handle culture and tourism. The Chief Executive hinted at the change on Sunday, and China’s latest five-year plan envisages a stronger role for Hong Kong in the area of arts and culture.
So what could we expect from a new bureau? What role could it play in supporting the arts and culture industry in particular? What sort of improvements are required? We'll be talking to some leading figures from the arts world.
And congratulations to Coleman Wong, the Hong Kong teenager who's won the boys' doubles title at the US Open tennis tournament in New York at the weekend. We'll be looking at sports stars' winning mentality after 9.15am.
