On Tuesday's Backchat: e-vouchers and supermarket price rises; and more hot weather.
The public and the economy are about to receive another boost from the government’s $5,000 consumption voucher scheme - although some consumers say they've seen more obvious mark-ups in supermarkets.
Concern groups have warned that the scheme is driving up inflation in basic necessities, and that supermarkets have become less generous and are offering fewer discounts.
Have you seen any price increases when you shop? With the second installment due on October 1, can we expect more price inflation?

After 9:15am, we’re discussing the persistent very hot weather, with this month on track to be one of the hottest Septembers on record in the territory.
