Fermi Wong Part.1 (11-8-2018)

2018-08-11
This weekend on Hong Kong Heritage, Annemarie is joined by Fermi Wong, the founder of NGO Unison, an ardent fighter against racism and discrimination and an outspoken supporter of South Asian communities in Hong Kong. Fermi came to Hong Kong at the age of 11 and lived in a rooftop shack.  She attended morning primary school for "new arrivals" and these experiences drove her desire later to become a social worker. (Sat 7.30am, Sun 6.15pm. Also available on podcast.)
