Michael Wright is 104 and lives in London. He's also the former head of the Public Works Department and the subject of a documentary, The Michael Wright Chronicle, by Chloe Lai of heritage group Urban Diary. He was a prisoner of war and also instrumental in bringing about Hong Kong's early resettlement blocks. Chloe tells Annemarie about Michael's life on this week's Hong Kong Heritage.
