Located in the Aba Tibetan Qiang Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province, China, Jiuzhaigou Valley has half of its area as trees. The waters there are clean and the reflections are vivid. Baima Tibetans have lived in this scenic area a thousand years ago. They believe there is a soul in every creation. To worship the mountains, trees and their own ancestors, a traditional Tibetan mask dance “Zhou dance” is performed. And the Zhayizhaga Mountain is said to be the king of all mountains. Evert morning, people live there will burn the leaves which give off green smoke when they pray. They live harmoniously with the nature while the culture of Baima Tibetans is conserved.
