Legco New Territories East Constituency By-election panel discussion: Holden Chow, Albert Leung, Chr

The Legislative Council by-election for the New Territories East constituency will take place next Sunday,the 28th February. Today, we've asked all the candidates to give their views on major issues in this election. We invited all seven contestants but two candidates: Lau Chi-shing and Wong Sing-chi – told us they were unable to join us.
However we are happy to have with us the other five candidates Holden Chow, Albert Leung, Christine Fong, Edward Leung and Alvin Yeung.
